We scoured the Pensacola beach area for for a few months checking out every condo that came on the market until we found this gem! The condo is exactly what they were looking for with the perfect location, beautifully updated interior with all amenities, and came fully furnished all at the right price! It came equipped with everything imaginable that you would expect when you stay at a top resort! The only items they needed were a coffee pot to enjoy their morning coffee in the sand on the beach and a pair of champagne glasses to toast in celebration of their 1st evening in there new beach condo.

Much like myself the man-of-the-condo likes to fix things. However, he will need to find something else to fix because this place is perfect with virtually nothing left to do but add personal touches! These condos arrive on the market form time to time but, one this perfect is few and far between. To get them started I set them up on a email notifier that showed them detailed pictures and descriptions of any new beach condo that was for sale the instant it hit the market. All they did is look at the condos that came up and let me know which ones they were interested in.  Having been from South Florida, I showed these condos to their children who live in Pensacola.   (Yes, people are now moving from South Florida to here because it is beautiful, affordable and growing rapidly.  So, get here while the properties are affordable and become a part of this beautiful and historical culture.)
